Production / processing time
We aim to process and ship orders within 1 week. Shipping times will depend on the delivery option chosen at checkout. Please note, we do not ship or deliver on weekends. All orders are shipped from Switzerland. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be slight delays, so we appreciate your patience. Please allow extra time for delivery based on your location.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS. For orders with Priority Shipping, the email will include a tracking number, which will be activated within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in our prices and may be applied by your country. Any additional charges during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays due to customs procedures.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away at info@ant-shack.com with photos of the packaging and any broken parts. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Time sensitive orders
If you’re placing an order for a special occasion (birthday, Christmas, etc.), please contact us before purchasing to confirm if the timeline is feasible. While we strive to meet our processing and shipping estimates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, nor offer refunds for delayed shipments.
