Arrived and it's amazing waiting to get ants for it

All and all I am quite pleased. However the out world section does not stay together very well I was unaware it had to be assembled. I would recommend some clear tape to hold it together. Or be very careful with super glue because it will cloud the plastic. For those looking to purchase this I would recommend it. I would recommend adding the nest area to just the outworld for your new colony to move into. I was so excited and put it all together with the junction to the water test tube.... and that is where they reside. In the test tube leaving the nest un occupies for now haha

Very nice nest, I particularly like its modularity, you can really arrange and assemble it to suit your needs. There are no leaks or gaps between the PVC panels, which is great for small species. I put my Crematogaster Scutellaris in it and none of them have managed to escape yet.

Very well made 3d printed set up,simple to put together and I would highly recommend it as it has everything you need, I ordered wrong one and company were great at helping me change the order to the hydro nest, nice little extras with it as well like some extra tubing, connectors etc, only thing I wasn't too keen on was it came with a wooden lid instead of the acrylic one but that wouldn't stop me buying from them again anyway.

My ants love the spaciousness of their enclosure. They originally were in a tiny nest that could not house them all. A few hours after I connected their nest to their new home they abandoned their old one for this. Really pleased with how this came out and looking forward to doing business in the future!

My Messor Barbarus love these setups and immediately find themselves settling down in them. I bought this kit as an upgrade as their previous was getting a bit cramped, and within minutes of setting it up they were checking it out and moving their food. The parts are all very well designed and printed, mesh together nicely and hold good humidity wonderfully. I do recommend getting another 3 or 4 way connector and setting it up ahead of time, though. If your colony wants to expand it'll be far easier to plug a new module in without too many runaways!
